1. Agreement

By accessing our websites or installing, accessing or using any Softaculous Ltd. software product (collectively, the "Software"), you agree to these terms and the end-user license terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License grant

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these terms, Softaculous Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software in accordance with the license tier purchased (e.g. per server, per VPS or per site). Each license is valid for the scope stated at purchase.

3. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or lease the Software without written permission.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• You may not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or licensing notices.
• You may not use the Software for unlawful activity or to harm servers, networks or other users.

4. Payments & renewals

Fees are due at purchase. Licenses include updates and support for the period purchased and must be renewed to continue receiving updates and support services. Prices may change with notice for future renewal periods.

5. Support & updates

Active license holders receive product updates and access to technical support through official channels. We provide support in good faith but do not guarantee resolution times for issues outside the Software itself.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softaculous Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must cease use of and delete all copies of the Software. Sections 6 and 7 survive termination.
